My management consulting and communications
company name is P3 which
stands for Peace, Power and Prosperity.
My company's mission is to provide
information, knowledge and processes
to individuals, organizations and corporations so that
they may choose to take quantum leaps on their loose
gravel paths to success. We specialize in communications,
leadership, transformation, team building and change.
My logo stands for Thought,
Word and Action
or Father, Son and Holy
Spirit. Thought (Father)
is the Circle, Word (vibration)
(Son) is the Triangle
and Action (Holy Spirit) is the Square--which
stands for earth, the only place humans can demonstrate
and manifest... "on earth (square)
as it is in heaven (thought/circle)."
The Word sets the intention in Mind
through vibration-- "speak the Word" (triangle),
thus assuring attention will be given
to the thought and it will manifest
through action. This happens when you say "It
is done."
I have been a management consultant and psychologist
for over thirty years. For the last 15 years,
I have worked with clients in business and nonprofit
organizations using three self-assessment instruments
which I now call the P3 Baseline and Growth Package or
the 17-Minute Miracle. This
material has been researched validated and is in use
all over the world. I have found that no other
instruments have such dramatic and accurate
results for such a short time (17 minutes) investment
in completing them. Included in this package are
the following instruments that will build a baseline
to help you answer your Who am I? question.
Once you invest the 17 minutes it takes
to complete these instruments, you will receive a multiple-sectioned
report based on your input and perception of you,
as you see you! Not, I repeat, not as
anyone else in the universe sees you. The honesty
with which you appraise your Self is the soul of this
process. This is an essential step along the road
to SWOTing your Self and using these
data for growth, development and evaluation. Remember
this: you cannot know where you're going and how you
are doing if you don't know where you are right
now. You cannot "benchmark" if you haven't "baselined."
You cannot evaluate later if you haven't "baselined"!
To build a house that will stand against time and the
elements one must build a strong, deep foundation on
rock, not on sand. This package is the rock.

it. To cube something is to take a quantum

is the number of roots, of psychological and physical
foundation building, of posterity. 4
is the number of a solid foundation (four
square), of the 4
corners of the earth (North, South,
East and West), of building something
solid. 16 also equals 7,
the number that sets the pattern, the number of
Jesus, who set the
pattern of divinity for men (and women)
when he became the Christ.
4096 = 19 = 10 = 1. 1
is the number of unity, of divinity, of pioneers
who dare to risk, and people with "unity" of mind.
1 is adventure on the loose gravel
paths of life. 1 is the number
of new beginnings. It is the number of Self,
